不同剂型烯啶虫胺对大型溞的急性毒性

摘  要:
[目的]评价不同剂型烯啶虫胺对大型溞的安全性。[方法]参照OECD标准试验方法,以大型溞(Daphnia magna Straus)为试验生物,测定了97%烯啶虫胺原药、50%烯啶虫胺可溶粉剂、10%烯啶虫胺可溶液剂和20%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂对大型溞的急性毒性。[结果]97%烯啶虫胺原药、50%烯啶虫胺可溶粉剂、10%烯啶虫胺可溶液剂和20%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂对大型溞的48 h-EC_(50)分别为30.106、93.240、22.584、0.558 mg a.i./L。[结论] 97%烯啶虫胺原药、50%烯啶虫胺可溶粉剂、10%烯啶虫胺可溶液剂和20%烯啶虫胺水分散粒剂对大型溞的急性毒性分别为低毒、低毒、低毒和高毒,剂型对急性毒性有一定影响。

摘  要:
[Aims] In order to evaluate the safety of different formulations of nitenpyram to Daphnia magna.[Methods ] According to OECD standard test methods, the acute toxicities of nitenpyram 97% TC, 50% SP, 10% SL,20% WG were tested respectively. [Results ] The results indicated that the acute toxicities(48 h-EC_(50) value) of nitenpyram 97% TC, 50% SP, 10% SL, 20% WG were 30.106, 93.240, 22.584, 0.558 mg a.i./L. [Conclusions ] The acute toxicities of nitenpyram 97% TC, 50% SP, 10% SL, 20% WG to D. magna Straus were low toxicity, low toxicity,low toxicity and high toxicity, the different formulations have effects on acute toxicity.
