摘  要:
对家蚕品种“932”、“75 32”、芙蓉、湘晖等的原种 ,“932”×芙蓉、“75 32”×湘晖的杂交原种 ,(“932”×芙蓉 )× (“75 32”×湘晖 )F1杂交种进行RAPD分子标记纯度检测筛选 ,经过 180个随机引物的筛选 ,获得可用于判别“932”×芙蓉、“75 32”×湘晖杂交原种、(“932”×芙蓉 )× (“75 32”×湘晖 )四元杂交种纯度的分子标记 ,初步建立了从DNA提取到纯度判别的技术方法。

摘  要:
By applying RAPD molecular marking technique and through the selection of 180 random primers,a technical method was preliminary established to extract the DNA and to detect the purity of mulberry silkworm ( Bombyx mori ) eggs of parental varieties named 932,7532,Furong and Xianghui,parental hybrids named 932×Furong and 7532×Xianghui,and the quaternary hybrid named (932×Furong)×(7532×Xianghui).
