福州地区柑橘种质资源的ISSR分析

摘  要:
研究利用ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)分子标记技术对21份福州地区柑橘种质资源进行遗传多样性分析,以期为福州地区柑橘的品种鉴定及育种提供理论依据和技术支持。试验从27条ISSR引物中筛选出多态性好、条带清晰的14条引物,对供试材料进行遗传多态性分析。获得162条总条带,其中多态性条带129条,多态位点百分率为79.63%;聚类结果显示21份资源可分为5个组,13份福橘被聚为同一组,进而可划分为4个亚组。ISSR标记能较好地区分福州地区柑橘资源,且福州柑橘地方资源遗传多样性丰富。

摘  要:
ISSR molecular marker techniques were used to detect the genetic diversity of 21 Citrus germplasms from Fuzhou, to provide a basis for the identification of varieties and the development of new varieties. A total of 162 bands were generated from 14 ISSR primers, of which polymorphic bands were 129, and the polymorphism percentage was 79.63%. The results indicated that, as analyzed by NTSYS-pc2.10 e, all the 21 resources could be divided into five groups, 13 Fuzhou Citrus resources were clustered into the same group,and then could be divided into four subgroups. Citrus germplasm from Fuzhou can be distinguished by ISSR markers, and the genetic diversity of Citrus in Fuzhou is rich.
