饲料粉碎机电机接线盒冲压工艺分析及模具设计—基于Dynaform

摘  要:
针对农村饲料粉碎机电机接线盒成形过程中容易起皱和拉裂的问题,将数值模拟软件Dynaform应用到模具工艺分析中,对接线盒零件冲压成形工艺方案进行模拟验证。同时,结合计算机辅助设计软件Pro/E进行了模具开发,避免了凭经验设计带来的反复试模,节省了大量时间和成本,提高了模具设计的效率。

摘  要:
Crinkle and rip may occur during the forming process of the rural feed mill motor terminal box,then numerical simulation software dynaform is applied to the mold process analysis.Aiming at technologic project of terminal box,the finite element method and shape forming technology are used to validate it.Then computer-aided design software-pro /engineering is adopted to design die.Such a design method of die based on the technologies can help the designers to save a lot of time and cost,and improve the efficiency of mold design,and avoid repeated test mode by experience design.
