簸箕柳F_1杂交群体材性性状表型变异的研究

摘  要:
以簸箕柳F1杂交群体为材料,对132个子代的木材基本密度,木材纤维素、半纤维素及木素含量进行了测定,并对所得数据进行了统计分析。研究结果表明:木材的纤维素平均含量为53.19%,变异范围为47.91%~57.00%;木质素平均含量为14.20%,变异范围为12.28%~16.43%,半纤维素的平均含量为19.80%,变异范围为16.52%~23.76%,木材基本密度为0.392 6 g/cm3,变异范围为0.241 6 g/cm3~0.504 4 g/cm3。结果显示上述性状在杂交子代中有较大的变异幅度。对上述性状的表型值进行Anderson-Darling正态分布检验,并利用BOX-COX公式对不符合正态分布的表型性状进行了正态转换。结果显示,所有性状表型值均符合或可以转换为正态分布,可以作为典型的数量性状做进一步的数量性状遗传位点定位分析。另外,研究结果还显示簸箕柳木材中,半纤维素含量与纤维素及木质素含量之间呈极显著负相关;木材基本密度与纤维素含量呈极显著正相关,而与半纤维素含量呈显著负相关。

摘  要:
By taking a F1 pedigree of Salix suchowensis as the tested materials, the basic density and chemical compositions(content of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) of 132 progeny in a F1 pedigree of Salix suchowensis were measured, and the measured data were statistically analyzed. The results show that the average content of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin were 53.19%, 19.80% and 14.20% respectively and their variation ranges were 47.91% ~ 57.00%, 12.28% ~ 16.43%, and 16.52% ~ 23.76% respectively; the basic wood density was 0.392 6 g/cm3, ranging from 0.241 6 g/cm3 to 0.504 4 g/cm3, the wood properties stated clearly that the aforementioned traits varied with a larger variation range among the progeny of the F1 pedigree of Salix suchowensis; the phenotypic values above wood properties were tested by Anderson-Darling distribution function, and the phenotypic data of the above traits that didn't meet the normal distribution were transformed with BOX-COX function formulae; all phenotypic data could be transformed into normal distribution, therefore, these traits are appropriated for quantitative trait loci analysis. In addition, the correlation analysis among the above traits show that the the hemicellulose content was negatively correlated with cellulose and lignin contents, whereas the basic wood density was positively correlated with the cellulose content, and was negatively correlated with the hemicellulose content.
