摘 要：
绵羊不同部位皮肤毛发的长度、密度、弯曲度等存在差异,背部毛发弯曲细长,而耳部、腹股沟部毛发粗直。为从蛋白水平探究Keratin71(KRT71)和β-catenin对绵羊毛纤维弯曲形成的影响,运用免疫组织化学技术对KRT71和β-catenin在绵羊背部、腹股沟部和耳部皮肤毛囊中进行研究。结果显示,KRT71在毛囊内根鞘特异表达,表达量为背部>耳部>腹股沟部,且腹股沟部表达量与背部和耳部差异显著;β-catenin在各部皮肤表达量为背部>腹股沟部>耳部,且耳部的表达量与腹股沟部和背部差异显著。研究结果提示,KRT71、β-catenin的表达量与毛发弯曲成正相关,可能在绵羊毛弯曲形成中发挥促进作用。

摘 要：
The length,density and curvature of sheep fiber are different in the back,groin and ear.The back fiber is thin and curly,however,the ear and groin coat is thick and straight.In order to investigate the relationship between KRT71 and β-catenin expression and the curvature of sheep fiber.The tissue localization of KRT71 was analyzed by immunohistochemistry.The results showed that the positive reaction of KRT71 was localized in the inner root sheath,and the positive expression of KRT71 was the strongest in the back skins and weakest in the groin skins with significant difference.The positive expression of β-catenin was the strongest in the back skin and weakest in the ear skin with significant difference.These results indicated that KRT71 and β-catenin were positively associated with regulating the curvature formation of sheep fiber.
