攀西地区西番莲的栽培

摘  要:
西番莲果汁或浓缩汁是当今世界生产多种高级天然果汁饮料的及果冻、糕点、馅饼等食品、保健品的添加剂及重要原料。攀西地区西南部安宁河、雅砻江中下游和金沙江河谷南亚热带和中亚热带区域光热资源丰富,是种植西番莲的适宜区。本区自1960年引种试栽以来,逐年发展,特别是近年来随着国家西部开发战略的大力实施,农业产业结构调整和退耕还林工作的开展,栽培西番莲并进行综合开发利用,已经成为该区域一项新兴产业,发展前景十分美好。然而由于对西番莲的研究较少,生产中存在较多问题,如品种单一,产量低,品质差,抗病性差,影响了西番莲种植业和加工业的发展。作者根据西番莲的引种栽培研究,介绍西番莲的栽培特点。

摘  要:
Passionflower syrup or condensate is an additive and an important stuff used to produce many foods and healthful goods such as high-grade natural syrup beverages,jellies,cakes,and pies.It's suitable to grow passionflower along the middle and lower reaches of Anning River and Yanong River south-west of Panzihua-Xichang area,the valley of Jinsha River,tropical areas in South Asia and sub- tropical areas in Middle Asia,for these regions are rich in light and heat.Since its introduction into Panzihua-Xichang area in 1960,the planting of passionflower has been steadily growing,especially in recent years with the implementation of western development,restructure of agriculture,and returning farmland to forest.Planting passionflower and its applications have developed into a new industry in this area,whose future is very bright.However,because of insufficient study on it,many problems arise in the production,such as singleness of breed,low yield,poor quality,and poor disease-resistance.These in turn would hold back its further development of planting and processing.In this paper we have introduced characteristics of planting based on our study.
