摘 要:
为解决废膜污染等问题,通过借鉴国内废膜捡拾机械和打捆机械,研制全膜双垄沟废膜捡拾打捆机。在现有弧形起膜齿的基础上,提出弧形起膜齿的改进方案,通过Solidworks-Simulation进行有限元分析,并结合实际确定了弧形起膜齿的最优方案;对捡拾滚筒进行理论分析,得到滚筒转速n≥71.14r/min;理论计算出形成一个完整的废膜捆可捡拾约0.62hm2的废膜;进行室内试验,以5次捡拾取平均值的方法得到废膜的捡拾率为91%。

摘 要:
In order to solve the problem of film pollution,referring to the domestic film collecting machine and bundling machine,developed the film double furrow waste film pickup baler.On the basis of the existing arc starting gear tooth,the improved scheme of the arc starting gear tooth is put forward,and the finite element analysis is carried out by the Solidworks-Simulation,and the optimal scheme of the arc starting gear tooth is determined.The pickup roller is analyzed,get the roller speed n≥71.14r/min.The calculated formation of film a complete film bundle capable of picking up about 0.62 hectares of acres of land;carry out laboratory tests,with 5methods of picking up average values obtained by picking up film collecting rate was 91%.
