导师对研究生的科研及创新实践能力的培养有着影响,但传统的单一导师培养模式已很难适应社会对工程硕士创新人才实践能力的要求。文章主要针对食品工程硕士导师团队培养模式的构建进行论述,以期高效培养创新人才。

摘  要:
Tutors have a profound impact on the cultivation of the master's scientific research and innovation ability. While the traditional single-tutor cultivation model can't meet the social requirements on the food engineering master's innovation ability, so this paper mainly discussed the construction model of the school-enterprise coordinative mentor, so as to efficiently improve the cultivation of the master's innovation ability.
