摘 要：
以 8 0只大白鼠为试验对象 ,随机分为 4组 (每组 2 0只 )进行了“复方增茸剂”对大白鼠的亚慢性毒性试验。按高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组给药 ,对照组不给药。观察应用“复方增茸剂”后大白鼠的行为、体重、饮食状况和生理、生化指标及组织学变化 ;观察“复方增茸剂”对试验动物的安全性及可能产生的毒性与不良反应。结果表明 :“复方增茸剂”在使用剂量范围内对试验鼠的行为、体重、饮食状况以及对生理、生化指标均无不良影响 ,体重增加明显 ,并具有一定的促生血作用

摘 要：
Eighty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 rats in each group and fed four levels (high, medium, low) and 0 (control groups) of compound Zengrongji to test the safety and if the drug have toxic or side effects. The results showed that compound Zengrongji had no any side effects on behavior, feed and water intakes, physiochemical parameters and histology of the rats, white weight gain was significantly increased.
