不同处理对本氏针茅种子萌发影响的研究

摘  要:
采用低温层积以及4种不同质量浓度的化学试剂(GA3、CaCl_2、NaOH、H_2O_2)浸种的方法,研究不同处理对本氏针茅种子萌发的影响。结果表明:GA_3和CaCl_2浸种对本氏针茅种子萌发没有显著的影响,而低温层积处理、NaOH和H_2O_2浸种能显著提高本氏针茅种子的发芽率和发芽势。其中10 g/L NaOH浸种,种子萌发效果最好,萌发率达77%。影响本氏针茅种子萌发原因可能与种皮障碍有关。

摘  要:
The study on the seed germination of Stipa bungeana under cold stratifying and different concentration of four different chemical solutions(GA_3、CaCl_2、NaOH、H_2O_2) was conducted.The results showed that presoaking in GA_3 and CaCl_2 solutions had no significant effect on the seed germination of S.bungeana.The treatments of cold stratifying and presoaking in NaOH,H_2O_2 solutions can significantly improved the seed germination,the seed presoaking in 10 g/L NaOH solution treatment has the highest germination percentage about 77%.Seed capsule may be the reason for inhibiting the germination of S.bungeana.
