US/O_3/TiO_2/UV氧化技术降解苯酚废水效果研究

摘  要:
采用US、UV、TiO2、O3高级氧化技术联合降解模拟苯酚废水,寻求最优处理技术组合,并在最优组合情况下探讨了反应机理和影响苯酚降解的因素。结果表明,US/O3/TiO2/UV技术对苯酚降解效果最好;在US/O3/TiO2/UV处理情况下苯酚废水浓度增加会导致COD去除率下降;酸性条件更有利于COD去除;臭氧浓度要适中,过大或过小均会导致处理效率下降。在最佳组合情况下,苯酚废水处理20 min后COD去除率达70%以上,处理60 min后则达到93.71%。

摘  要:
The optimal combination of simulating phenolic wastewater treatment using US、O3、TiO2、UV advanced oxidation technology was explored. Under the condition of the optimal combination of phenol degradation,reaction mechanism and influencing factors were studied. Results showed that US / O3/ TiO2/ UV were verified as the best combination because of high removal rate of COD. Increase of aniline concentration and pH would decrease COD removal rate. O3 should be controlled in a suitable concentration because both high and low dose can decrease COD removal. Under the optimal conditions, COD removal rate at20 min and 60 min of US / O3/ TiO2/ UV can reach above 70% and about 93.71%.
