左卡尼汀对家兔抗氧化作用的研究

摘  要:
[目的]研究左卡尼汀口服液(LC)在家兔体内的抗氧化作用,探讨其对兔血浆、脑组织及脑脊液中SOD、GSH-PX、CAT、T-AOC和MDA活力的影响。[方法]健康成熟的新西兰大耳兔,以1 ml/kg的剂量单次灌胃给入左卡尼汀,于药前和药后不同时间测定血浆、脑组织和脑脊液中SOD、GSH-PX、CAT、T-AOC和MDA活力。[结果]给药后血液、脑组织及脑脊液SOD、GSH-PX、CAT、T-AOC活性较给药前显著升高(P<0.05);而MDA含量较给药前显著降低(P<0.05)。[结论]左卡尼汀口服液在家兔体内具有抗氧化作用。

摘  要:
[Objective]To study antioxidant effects of LC,and investigate the effect of LC on SOD,GSH-PX,CAT,T-AOC and MDA in the blood,brain tissue and CSF of rabbit.[Method]A single dose of 1 ml / kg LC was taken orally to New Zealand rabbits with big ears.The plasma,brain tissue and CSF samples were taken and measured before and after administration respectively.[Result] After LC administration,SOD,GSH-PX CAT,and T-AOC activity in blood,brain tissue and cerebrospinal fluid significantly increased(P < 0.05),while MDA significantly decreased(P < 0.05).[Conclusion]LC shows antioxidant effects in rabbit.
