高校图书馆读者满意度调查研究

摘  要:
针对高校图书馆关于读者满意度调查研究较少的现状,以西华师范大学图书馆为例,基于改进的"Lib QUAL+"模型设计问卷调查表,对不同性别、不同专业及不同学历的学生读者进行了问卷调查,并对调查收集的数据作了进一步的统计分析。结果表明:图书馆在服务效果、信息控制及环境设施三个维度的25个评价指标方面,全部超过了读者最低可接受的读者满意度分值,但是与读者心目中理想的读者满意度分值还有一定差距。研究结果可为其它高校图书馆未来的建设和发展提供参考。

摘  要:
According to the present status that only less studies were reported on reader satisfaction degree in university library, this study took China West Normal University Library as an example, designed a questionnaire based on an improved "Lib QUAL+" model, and carried out a survey in student readers possessing different gender, different major and different education background. And then, the collected data were analyzed using statistical software.The results showed that the library can meet users' minimum acceptable reader satisfaction degree, but there were still some gap between users` perceptions and expectations of reader satisfaction degree. It can provide beneficial reference for construction and development of other university libraries.
