我国农业企业绿色化经营现状与法制化管理的途径

摘  要：
为推动我国农业企业向绿色化方向发展,针对我国农业企业绿色化经营的现状,分析了制约我国农业企业绿色化经营管理的因素,同时提出了加强农业企业绿色化经营的法制管理途径,建立和完善绿色农业企业文化,改变以往的产业链,使我国农业企业从原料、加工、运输、销售、售后等环节中做到低碳化和绿色化。

摘  要：
To promote the green development of agricultural enterprises,in the light of current situation of green operation of agriculture enterprises in China,the restriction factors were analyzed.Meanwhile,to keep our agriculture enterprises green and low-carbon in the aspects of raw materials,manufacture process,transportation,marketing,and after-sale service,it was proposed that the legal management approach of green operation of agriculture enterprises should be strengthened,the culture of green-based agriculture enterprises should be established and perfected,and the past industry chain should be changed.
