摘  要:
干旱是环境胁迫主要因子之一,严重影响植物的分布与生长发育。本文综述了园林地被植物的根、叶等形态结构特征与抗旱性的关系,总结了干旱胁迫下植物自身的渗透调节、光合生理、膜透性、活性氧代谢对干旱胁迫的响应机理及抗旱分子生物学研究进展。

摘  要:
Drought is one of the major environmental stressor,influencing the distribution,growth and development of plant seriously.In this paper,the relations between morphological and anatomical characteristics of root and leaf and drought-resistance were reviewed;the mechanism of defense responses to drought stress in osmotic adjustment,photosynthesis,membrane permeability and active oxygen metabolism were sunmed up,and also the research progress of drought-resistance molecular biology in this article.
