基于液态模锻的汽车悬架控制臂模具设计

摘  要:
为了提高汽车悬架控制臂的力学性能,在采用液态模锻加工工艺的基础上,应用CATIA软件建立了控制臂的三维模型,并将控制臂模型导入ANSYS分析软件中,得到了汽车悬架控制臂的应力分布图,找到了汽车悬架控制臂应力最大的部位,在此基础上对控制臂模具的内浇道宽度和比压进行了试验分析,得到了最佳的内浇道宽度和比压,最终获得了汽车悬架控制臂的模具示意图,为获得较高力学性能的汽车悬架控制臂提供了保障。

摘  要:
In order to improve the mechanical properties of a automobile suspension control arm,based on liquid forging processing technology and CATIA software,the paper established a 3D model of the control arm,imported the control arm model into ANSYS software,obtained the stress distribution of the suspension control arm,found out the largest stress part of the suspension control arm,carried on the test analysis of the control arm mold runner width and specific pressure,obtained the best runner in width and specific pressure,eventually obtained the mold schematic diagram of the suspension control arm,and which could provide a protection of obtaining higher mechanical properties of the automobile suspension control arm.
