菌核寄生菌盾壳霉的研究 Ⅱ．不同菌株培养特性及寄生致腐菌核能力的比较

摘 要：
在ＰＤＡ平板上比较了来自我国不同地区的２４个盾壳霉菌株和１个加拿大盾壳霉菌株的培养特性，并在核盘菌菌核上接种盾壳霉孢子，测定其寄生致腐菌核的能力。结果表明：在２０℃下供试菌株平均生长速度是３．０ｍｍ／ｄ，根据菌落的基质菌丝色素、气生菌丝和产孢量等特性可把２５个菌株分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ３种菌落类型，各占８０％、１２％和８％；２５个菌株寄生致腐菌核能力存在显著差异，并可将它们分成强、中和弱３组，各占４０％、４８％和１２％。

摘 要：
Twenty-four Coniothyrium minitans Campbell isolates from different regions in China and one from Canada were compared on their hypal growth rates and colony characteristics on Petri dishes and their abilities to parasitize the sclerotia of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.) de Bary.The results showed that:At 20℃, the average hypal growth rate is 3.0mm/d with a range from 2.7 to 3.5mm/d for the isolates tested.Three colony types, namely TypeⅠ(80%) ,TypeⅡ(12%)and Type Ⅲ(8%) ,were distinguished according to the substrate hypal pigment production, aerial mycelia, the production and distribution of pycnidia.There was a clear difference in the abilities of the twenty-five isolates to parasitize the sclerotia of S.sclerotiorum, and on this basis three groups(strong,mild and weak)were detected.
