摘 要:
用研制出的苏氏克虫菌1号和2号生物农药, 对文山松毛虫幼虫进行了林间药效对比试验。其用药后1天、5天的效果: 苏氏克虫菌1号的虫口减退率分别为13 6 %和54 4 %; 苏氏克虫菌2号分别为7 2 %和43 2 %,差异达极显著。用药后10天和15天的效果: 苏氏克虫菌1号的虫口减退率分别为79 2 %、87 6 %, 2号分别为76 0 %和84 0 %, 二者的效果差异由极显著降为显著水平。纵观其防治文山松毛虫幼虫效果, 苏氏克虫菌1号比2号的药效来得快, 且最终效果也强于2号。

摘 要:
The contrast test of effectiveness of No.1 and No.2 Bacillus thuringiensis biological pesticides on the larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus wenshanensis was made in forestry. The population density of D.punctatus wenshanensis reduced by 13.6% and 54.4% after treated with No.1 Bacillus thuringiensis biological pesticide in 1 day and in 5 days respectively. The population density of D.punctatus wenshanensis reduced by 7.2% and 43.2% after treated with No.2 Bacillus thuringiensis biological pesticide in 1 day and in 5 days respectively, and there is highly significant difference both between the decline rates of population of D.punctatus wenshanensis treated with the two biological pesticides in 1 day and between those in 5 days. The population density of D.punctatus wenshanensis reduced by 79.2% and 87.6% after treated with No.1 Bacillus thuringiensis biological pesticide in 10 day and in 15 days respectively. The population density of D. punctatus wenshanensis reduced by 76.0% and 84.0% after treated with No.2 Bacillus thuringiensis biological pesticide in 10 day and in 15 days respectively, and there is significant difference both between the decline rates of population of punctatus wenshanensis treated with the two biological pesticides in 10 day and between those in 15 days. Considering the effectiveness of the two biological pesticides on the larvae of D.punctatus wenshanensis in a comprehensive way, No.1 B.thuringiensis biological pesticide took effect faster than No.2 B.thuringiensis biological pesticide,and the final effectiveness of No.1 B.thuringiensis biological pesticide is better than that of No.2 B.thuringiensis biological pesticide.
