摘 要：
针对云南天安化工有限公司单段闭路湿法磨矿工艺存在的问题,改进湿法磨矿工艺,引入槽式洗矿机,并将矿浆分级设备由斜板分级机改造为旋流器。改进后磨矿浓度w(固)由55%提高至70%,台时负荷可提高20 t,最终产品矿浆的细度得到显著提高,浓密机的工况得到改善,电耗减少2.5 kW·h/t,磨矿生产成本显著下降。

摘 要：
According to the existing problems of present single closed wet-process grinding in Yunnan TiananChemical Co., Ltd, the wet-process grinding is improved, tank ore wash machine is introduced, the slurrygrading equipment is transformed from inclined plate to cyclone. After technology improvement, the grindingconcentration is improved from 55% to 70%, and the unit-hour output is increased by 20 t, the fineness of thefinal product pulp is improved markedly, the conditions of thickener is improved, the power consumption isreduced by 2.5 kW·h/t, the production cost of grinding process is reduced.
