不同黄心菜品种的抗寒生理比较研究

摘  要：
选取7个黄心菜品种,测定不同黄心菜品种的丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物岐化酶(SOD)以及蔗糖的含量,比较不同品种间的抗逆机理及差异显著性。结果表明:(1)淮南黄心菜F1、徽乌一号、雪地金花、甲天下F1的各项抗逆生理指标相对较强,即抗逆性相对较强,适于信阳及周边地区栽培;(2)不同黄心菜品种之间的抗寒机理不同,在利用其抗逆生理指标进行品种改良时,应选择与抗逆有关的生理指标进行综合评定,以选育各项抗逆生理指标均较强的品种。

摘  要：
In this experiment,the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and sucrose of seven varieties of yellow heart vegetable were determined,and the antistress mechanism and difference between different varieties were compared and studied.The results show that:(1)Antistress physiological indicators of huainan yellow heart vegetable F1、Huiwu no.1、Snow flower,and world F1 were relatively strong;(2)The cold resistance mechanism between different varieties of yellow heart vegetable was significantly different.When improving varieties with their physiological indexes of antistress,more comprehensive evaluation should be conducted on physiological indexes related to antistress,so as to select and breed varieties with strong physiological indexes of antistress.
