工程机械电控柴油机单体泵的原理与检修

摘  要：
随着柴油机电控技术的发展,工程机械柴油机也逐渐步入了电控时代。在电控柴油机中,转子分配泵与单体泵取代了传统机械式柴油机的柱塞泵。单体泵,作为柴油机电控技术的新技术,已经开始越来越多的应用在电控柴油机中。文章以单体泵为研究对象,分析了工程机械电控柴油机单体泵的基本原理与检修方法。

摘  要：
With the development of diesel engine electronic control technology,mechanical engineering diesel engine also gradually enters the electronic control age.In electronic control diesel engine,rotor distribution pump and monomer pump has replaced the ram pump of traditional mechanical diesel engine.Monomer pump,as a new technology of diesel engine electronic control technology,has been applied more and more in electronic control diesel engine.Choosing monomer pump as the subject,this paper analyzes the basic principle and maintenance methods of engineering mechanical electronic control diesel engine.
