多主棒孢菌侵染黄瓜引起的生理变化研究

摘  要:
研究了黄瓜受多主棒孢菌侵染后的生理变化。结果表明:黄瓜发病后该菌对其叶绿素含量有明显影响,随发病程度加重,叶绿素含量呈明显减少趋势;而受害后各级病叶呼吸作用均有不同程度的加强,但各级病叶间增加的程度不同;对蒸腾作用的影响表现为结瓜初期和结瓜末期蒸腾速率的变化均随受害程度的加重呈显著下降趋势,各级病叶间差异显著,结瓜末期蒸腾速率总体上低于结瓜初期;净光合速率的变化在结瓜初期和结瓜末期基本一致,基本呈现随受害程度加重而显著下降的趋势,各级病叶间差异也显著,但在结瓜末期净光合速率整体上明显低于结瓜初期。不同级别病叶中可溶性糖和蛋白质的含量无明显规律性变化,在发病的不同时期对黄瓜体内物质代谢的影响不同。

摘  要:
Study of the pathology and physiology of cucumber infected by Corynespora cassiicola showed that the leaf chlorophyll decreased substantial as the disease developed.The infected leaves showed increase in respiration at different infection stage.And perspiration rate decreased substantially during the early fruiting and final stages.There were significant differences in perspiration between different infection stages,and the perspiration was lower during fruit maturation than early fruit development.However,the investigation showed that the net photosynthesis had no difference between the early and mature stage of fruit development.It was also demonstrated that resoluble sugar and protein in diseased leaves had no regular changes during different infection stages,but showed different effect on plant metabolism.
