冷胁迫对黄瓜CBF1基因沉默植株相关耐冷指标的影响

摘  要:
以黄瓜CBF1基因沉默植株为试材,研究了冷胁迫下黄瓜CBF1基因的沉默对植株相关耐冷指标的影响。结果表明,与冷胁迫和常温条件下的正常植株相比,冷胁迫后的基因沉默植株的相对电导率和丙二醛含量均显著增加,叶绿素含量显著降低;冷胁迫后的基因沉默植株体内脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量增加的幅度远远低于冷胁迫后的正常植株增加的幅度。

摘  要:
Taking cucumber plants with CBF1 gene silenced as experiment material, we studied the effects of cucumber CBF1 gene silencing on relative cold resistant indexes under cold stress. The results showed that, comparing with those under normal temperature, the relative conductivity and MDA content of cucumber with CBF1 gene silencing were significantly higher, as well as chlorophyll content was significantly lower under cold stress. Moreover, under cold stress,the increasing amplitude of soluble protein and proline contents after CBF1 gene silencing was lower than cucumber plants without gene silencing.
