摘  要：
试验研究不同纯度甘氨酸铁对断奶仔猪生长性能和皮毛的影响。选取144头28日龄体重为7.5±0.5kg的断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组设6重复,每个重复6头仔猪。饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮。试验组饲粮中添加不同浓度的甘氨酸铁络合物,其中A组0.029%,B组0.033%;C组0.028%;D组为对照组,添加硫酸亚铁(Fe2+100mg·kg-1)。饲养试验进行28d。结果表明,与对照组相比,A组仔猪日增重提高3.18%(P>0.05)、料肉比降低7.82%,显著改善仔猪的肤色和被毛,B组仔猪日增重提高2.72%(P>0.05)、料肉比降低5.87%,仔猪肤色有改善,但效果不明显。C组仔猪日增重提高2.82%(P>0.05)、料肉比降低6.57%,仔猪皮肤微红,毛色有微弱光泽,被毛轻微凌乱,结果表明,日粮中添加甘氨酸铁络合物0.029%效果最佳。

摘  要：
Study on effects of iron glycine chelate(Fe-Gly)with different purity on the growth performance and hair color in weanling pigs.One hundred and forty-four weanling piglets(weight of 7.5±0.5 kg)were chosen to be randomly divided into 4 groups,with 6 replicates in each group and 6 weanling piglets in each replicate.Feed on corn-bean basic ration.Test groups added diffferernt purity Fe-Gly:A 0.029%,B 0.033%,C 028%,D control group(ferrous sulfide Fe2+ 100 mg·kg-1).Feeding experiment was twenty-eight days.The results showed that group A improved ADG 3.18%(P>0.05),reduced F/G 7.82%,improved significantly the piglet complexion and hairs than the control group;group B improved ADG 2.72%(P>0.05),reduced F/G 5.87%,improved the piglet complexion and hairs but not obvious than the control group;group C improved ADG 2.82%(P>0.05),reduced F/G 6.57%,improved the piglet complexion and hairs than the control group.The results showed that adding glycine iron complex 0.029% in diet was the best.
