摘 要：
为评价卷烟厂制丝在线红外水分仪的测量能力,以烘丝机出口水分仪为例,采用测量系统分析的基本原理和方法,计算水分仪的偏倚和测量波动,作出其测量能力能否满足测量要求的评价,为保证水分仪测量数据的质量提供了依据.

摘 要：
In order to evaluate measurement capabilities of cigarette factory online infrared moisture meter,taking the silk dryer export moisture meter for example,using the measurement system analysis of the basic principles and methods,the basis and measurement capabilities of moisture meter were calculated for scientific evaluation,to provide the basis for the quality of water meter measuring data.
