折耳根联合收获机挖掘系统设计及性能分析

摘  要:
针对现有的山地折耳根联合收获机在较黏性土质作业中出现的因前进阻力大而导致机器驱动轮打滑以及因土壤湿度大导致培土淤积铲斗出现的壅土等问题,提出一种以固定隙角入土,到达规定深度后变换角度从而减轻前进阻力的可变角度挖掘铲的新型挖掘机构。设计复合平面四杆机构实现了挖掘铲角度的变换,确定变角度挖掘铲入土隙角与变角度过程,分析此过程中切土等相关性能。通过理论计算及试验得出以固定角度入土阻力为1 272.91 N,变角度后铲刀水平切土挖掘阻力为701.66 N,改变铲刀角度后相较原先角度入土其阻力减少44.88%,理论分析表明变角度机构在降低挖掘阻力方面的有效性。

摘  要:
In view of the existing mountain go combine in a sticky soil homework machine caused by the large in the resistance forward driving wheel slip and ridging deposition caused by soil moisture big bucket of heapsoil problems, put forward a kind of at a fixed gap angle of the grave, the depth of the reach regulation after commutation angle so as to reduce the moving resistance of digging shovel new mining institutions variable angle. The composite plane four-bar mechanism was designed to realize the transformation of digging shovel angle, and the process of changing angle of digging shovel penetration angle and changing angle was determined. Through theoretical calculation and experiment, it is concluded that the resistance of the fixed angle is 1 272.91 N, the resistance of the horizontal cutting of the shovel is 701.66 N after the angle changes, and the resistance decreases by 44.88% compared with the original angle after the angle changes. The theoretical analysis shows that the variable angle mechanism is effective in reducing the digging resistance.
