基于CFD的车用锂离子电池组散热特性仿真研究

摘  要:
研究了车用锂离子动力电池组风冷散热流场的计算流体动力学仿真计算方法 ,并以某气电混合动力电动客车为对象,建立了其电池系统的几何模型、电池热效应模型、传热数学模型,进而对该系统进行了CFD仿真计算,得到了散热系统的空气流场、温度场以及电池的温度分布。探讨了系统的散热特性,并分析了影响散热系统内电池散热的主要因素,为车用动力电池热管理系统的结构设计及改进提供技术支持。

摘  要:
In order to analyze the heat dissipation characteristics of the lithium-ion battery pack in LPG-electric hybrid buses in Canton, a three-dimensional model of battery pack and cooling system, a lithium-ion battery thermal model and a mathematical model of the air flow and heat transfer were established firstly. Then the air flow and temperature field inside the cooling system and the temperature of li-ion batteries was calculated based on these models with FLUENT. Through the CFD simulation,high temperature regions inside the cooling system, such as the front end of the air passage, were found. And the main factors that affect the cooling of batteries in the system was investigated in order to provide technical support for a reasonable structure design of battery thermal management system in electrical vehicle.
