长三角绿色全要素生产率的时空演变与驱动力分析

摘  要:
基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型,测算长三角地区2005—2018年的绿色全要素生产率(GTFP),利用泰尔指数、GIS分析法和地理探测器揭示长三角GTFP的时空演变态势和驱动力因素,对促进长三角地区的绿色发展极具实际意义。研究发现:2005—2018年长三角整体GTFP的变动近似呈现"U"型态势,其中江苏、浙江和上海两省一市的GTFP逐年上升,安徽省近似呈现"U"型变动趋势;样本考察期内,长三角GTFP的总体差异呈现波动下降的趋势,其中区间差异逐年下降,区内差异呈现倒"N"型变动趋势,且区内差异是导致其空间差异的主要原因;从空间分异来看,长三角GTFP各水平区近似呈现"东南—中—西北"阶梯式分布,中低水平区和中高水平区的地级市逐渐增多,中高水平区和高水平区不断向东南、中部蔓延;从各项驱动力要素上看,考察因子对长三角GTFP均有一定的驱动作用,其中经济发展水平、开放水平、政府干预、市场化水平和互联网普及率等五个因子的驱动作用有所下降,而城市化水平、产业结构、创新水平、人力资本和交通通达度等因子的驱动作用有所上升。

摘  要:
Based on the super-efficiency SBM model of undesired output, the green total factor productivity(GTFP) of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2005 to 2018 is measured. The use of Theil index, GIS analysis and geographic detectors to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution of GTFP in the Yangtze River Delta and driving factors is of great practical significance for promoting the green development of the Yangtze River Delta. The study found that from 2005 to 2018, the overall GTFP changes in the Yangtze River Delta were approximately in a ′U′ shape, with the GTFPs in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai rising year by year, and the changing trend in Anhui Province was approximately in a ′U′ shape; during the sample investigation period, the overall difference of GTFP in the Yangtze River Delta showed a trend of volatility and decline. The regional difference was decreasing year by year, the regional difference showed an inverted ′N′-shaped changing trend, and the regional difference was the main reason for the spatial difference; in terms of spatial differentiation, various levels of GTFP in the Yangtze River Delta are roughly distributed in a ′southeast-middle-northwest′ stepped pattern. The number of prefecture-level cities in low-and medium-level areas and high-level areas has gradually increased, and the medium-high-level areas and high-level areas have continued to spread to the southeast and the middle; from the perspective of various driving forces, the survey factors have a certain driving effect on the GTFP in the Yangtze River Delta. The driving effect of such factors as the level of economic development, the level of openness, government intervention, the level of marketization, and the Internet penetration rate has declined, while the driving effect of such factors as urbanization level, industrial structure, innovation level, human capital and transportation accessibility has increased.
