野蚕卵和野蚕黑卵蜂寄生卵的空间分布型及其应用

摘  要:
用7种方法、11个聚集度指标,测定分析了越冬代和发生代野蚕卵块、卵粒、野蚕黑卵蜂寄生卵块、卵粒的空间分布型。结果,越冬代和发生代野蚕卵块均符合所拟合的Poisson分布,Neyman A型分市及负二项分布;聚集度指标表明:越冬代野蚕卵块、卵粒、被寄生卵块、卵粒呈聚集分布,发生代则以均匀分布为主。同时还考查了卵块在桑树各部位的分布,并确定了资料代换公式和最适抽样数,制定了发生代野蚕卵块的序贯抽样表。

摘  要:
Seven methods and eleven indices of aggregation were used to study the spatial distributions of the wild mulberry silkworm egg-masses,eggs and T. theophilae parasited egg-masses, eggs. The comparative method of frequency distribution showed that the egg-masses of both overwintering and non-overwintering generations fit Poisson distribution,Neyman A distribution and negative binomial distribution. The indices of aggregation showed that the egg-masses, eggs, parasited egg-masses, eggs of overwintering generation fit the aggregated pattern and those of non-overwintering generation mainly fit the uniform pattern. The positions of egg-masses on the parts of mulberry tree was also investigated. Equations for data transformation and optimal sampling size were determined, and applied to the sequential sampling.
