从马铃薯上分离出一种脉暗病毒

摘  要:
从大名红皮花皱叶植株上通过蚜虫分离出一个分离物,能侵染许多茄科植物,在直果蔓陀蘿上表现为明显的脉暗症状。经测定致死温点为55—56℃,稀释限点为200—300倍,适宜的酸碱度为pH6—9,在22℃下体外存活期6小时,在15—25℃下经过25天的自然干燥仍保有活力。抗药力极强,能抗85%酒精、50%硫酸铜液、19%甲醛液、2.5%单宁酸,而不失其致病力。桃蚜、棉蚜、玉米蚜、麦二义蚜、麦长鬚蚜都能传播此病毒。蚜虫在病株上吸食10分钟即能带毒,带毒的蚜虫在寄主植物上放饲10分钟以上即可传染,其传毒能力与虫口密度有密切关系,每次需有10头以上才能传染。本病毒在洋酸浆、直果蔓陀蘿、龙葵等指示植物上的病状与 PYV 所引起的症状有显著区别,对 PYV 的抗血清无明显的沉淀反应,在洋酸浆上与 PYV 之间的交互保护作用很小。

摘  要:
With the aid of aphids (Myzus persicae),a new virus has been isolated from the crinkledpotato plants of Daming Early Red-Skinned variety.On sap inoculation,it infects plants be-longing to many genera and species of Solanaceae.Datura stramonium shows clear mosaidand vein-banding symptoms.The thermal death point is 55-56℃ 10 min.The dilution-end point is 1:200-300.Therange of optimal pH is 6-9.The stability in vitro is about 6 hrs.at 22℃.Virulence main-tains under dry conditions at room temperature (15-25℃) for 25 days.Infectivity is not lostwhen treated with 85% ether alcohol,50% CuSO_4,19% formaldehyde and 25% tannic acid.This virus is transmitted by peach aphids (Myzus persicae Sulz.) cotton aphids (Aphisgossypii Glover),Corn aphids (Aphis cacebari Zehut.) and wheat aphids (Toxoptera graminumRond.& Macrosiphum granarium Kirby).The aphids become virus borne when fed 10 min.on diseased plants.At least 10 aphids are needed for initiating an infection.The symptomscaused by this virus on Physalis floridana,Datura stramonium,solanium nigrum and Solaniumcommersonii are distinct from those caused PYV.This virus gives no preciptation reactionwith anti-serum of PYV,however these two viruses produce a slight cross-protection effect onPhysalis floridana.Thus,this new virus entity is considered to be different from PYV.Fur-ther study is needed to work out its exact relationship with some known viruses.
