聚酰亚胺中空纤维膜分离CH_4/CO_2的影响因素分析

摘 要:
沼气的膜净化提纯技术是沼气高值利用的重要途径之一。文章利用聚酰亚胺中空纤维膜,以CH_4/CO_2混合气体(CH_4∶CO_2为6∶4 v/v)模拟沼气,研究了原料气压力,气体流速和分压对分离过程的影响,尤其是CH_4和CO_2的浓度影响。结果表明:原料气压力主要影响膜通量,对CH_4含量的影响程度较小,而分压能有效调节尾气中CH_4的含量,流速与CH_4的浓度呈负相关。

摘 要:
Purifying biogas by membrane technology is an important way for improving the biogas utilization value. The imitated biogas( CH_4∶ CO_2= 6∶ 4 v/v) was used as feedstock gas to study the effect of feed gas pressure,gas flow rate,and partial pressure,specially the CH_4,CO_2 concentration,on the biogas purification were investigated. The result showed that the feed gas pressure mainly affect the membrane flux,less impact on the CH_4 content. The partial pressure could effectively adjust the content of CH_4 in tail gas. And the flow rate had negative correlation with the concentration of CH_4.
