空间位阻对丁胺侧链取代截短侧耳素衍生物鸡毒支原体抑制活性的影响

摘  要:
为给截短侧耳素类动物专用抗生素的研发提供试验依据,本试验合成了4种含丁胺侧链的截短侧耳素衍生物,研究了取代基的空间位阻对4种截短侧耳素衍生物鸡毒支原体抑制活性的影响。试验结果表明,化合物1、2的最小抑菌浓度均为0.0125μg/mL,化合物3的最小抑菌浓度为0.25μg/mL,化合物4的最小抑菌浓度为0.5μg/mL。

摘  要:
This assay was aimed to provide experimental data for the research and development of new pleuromutilin antibacterials for veterinary use,four pleuromutilin derivatives with butyl amine group in the C14 side-chain were synthesized.The effects of steric hindrance on the antibacterial activity of four pleuromutilin derivatives against Mycoplasma gallisepticum had been studied.The MIC of compounds 1 and 2 both reached 0.0125 μg/mL,the MIC of compound 3 reached 0.25 μg/mL,while the MIC of compound 4 reached 0.5 μg/mL.
