燕麦中β-葡聚糖的提取及分离纯化工艺研究

摘  要:
以燕麦麸皮为原料,水为提取溶剂提取燕麦β-葡聚糖,通过单因素实验及正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。同时,比较了超滤、透析、溶剂沉淀及柱层析法等几种分离纯化手段对β-葡聚糖的分离纯化效果。

摘  要:
From the single factor and systematical linear tests experiments, we have fixed the optimum extracting conditionfor β-Glucan from oat brans. On the other hand, oatβ-Glucan was purified either by dialysis, ultrafiltration, solventprecipitation, or polyamide column isolation and so on., and the purify result of these methods was compared.
