航空搭载对蒙农杂种冰草潜在产量的影响

摘 要:
[目的]研究卫星搭载对蒙农杂种冰草产量的影响,为空间诱变对蒙农杂种冰草的诱变效应提供理论依据。[方法]通过方差分析、权重系数和隶属函数分析,探讨太空搭载对蒙农杂种冰草潜在产量的影响。[结果]空间诱变对蒙农杂种冰草抽穗后绝对株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、叶面积和分枝数都有极显著影响;潜在产量排序为:株系24>17>28>32>22>27>16>25>5>10>30>9>CK>19>31>1>35>29>21>12>6>8>7>15>33>14>26>4>18>3>2>20>23>11>13>34。[结论]12株空间诱变冰草的潜在产量高于对照,可对正向突变较大的株系加以利用。

摘 要:
[Objective] To study effects of satellite flight on yield of A.cristaum × A.desertorum,which will provide theoretical basis for space mutation to A.cristaum × A.desertorum.[Method] Through variance analysis,weight coefficient and membership function,effects of aviation flight on potential yield of A.cristaum × A.desertorum were determined.[Result] Space mutation has e×tremely significant effect on absolute plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width,leaf area and branches;the order of potential yield is strain 24>17>28>32>22>27>16>25>5>10>30>9>CK>19>31>1>35>29>21>12>6>8>7>15>33>14>26>4>18>3>2>20>23>11>13>34 [Conclusion] The potential yield of 12 strains are higher than control,the larger positive mutation strains could be utilized.
