酵素对水稻基质育秧秧苗素质的影响

摘  要:
在普通基质育秧的基础上,于基质中添加10%、20%和50%的酵素,开展水稻育秧试验,研究了酵素在水稻育秧中的适宜用量,以及酵素对秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:在育苗基质中添加适宜浓度的酵素,可明显改善秧苗素质,有利于培育适应机械插播的壮苗;秧苗平均株高比对照降低了4%~35%,根系增加量均超过30%,秧苗根冠比均在0.75以上;但其使用浓度应控制在20%以内。

摘  要:
This study carried out a rice seedling experiment by adding 10%, 20% and 50% ferment into ordinary seedling substrate, so as to explore appropriate amount of ferment and its effect on rice seedling quality. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of ferment into seedling substrate could improve seedling quality significantly, and was beneficial for the cultivation of strong seedlings suitable for mechanical transplanting. The average height of seedlings was lower than that of the control by 4%-35%, the increases of seedling roots were all more than 30%, and the root/shoot ratios of seedlings were all above 0.75. Nevertheless, the adding concentration of ferment should be lower than 20%.
