两种野生食用菌抗氧化及抗肿瘤活性研究

摘 要：
本文初步研究了生长在青海高原的两种野生食用菌——四孢子菌和黄绿蜜环菌不同溶剂粗提物组分的抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性。通过对O·-2、·OH、DPPH·和ABTS·+四种自由基的清除作用来测定其抗氧化活性,以MTT法测定各组分对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用,结果发现,两种野生食用菌的剩余醇溶相和水溶粗多糖相对这四种自由基的清除作用较好;四孢子菌石油醚相、黄绿蜜环菌石油醚相和乙酸乙酯相对人卵巢癌细胞系HO-8910、人肝癌细胞系7721有较好的细胞毒作用。体外实验说明了两种野生食用菌具有一定的抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性。

摘 要：
The antioxidative and antitumor activities of different solvent extracts of Agaricus campestris L.Fr.and Armillaria luteo-virens(Alb.Et Schw.:Fr.)Sacc.growing in Qinghai plateau were studied.The antioxidative activities of the two wild edible fungi were determined by DPPH·,ABTS~·+ ,O~·-2 and ·OH radicalscavenging activities.The cytotoxic effects were measured by MTT in vitor.The result showed that the residual ethanol extracts and crude polysacchairide extracts of the two wild edible fungi had strong scavenging effects on the four sorts of free radicals and the petroleum ether extracts of Agaricus campestris L.Fr.,the petroleum ether extracts and the ethyl acetate extracts of Armillaria luteo-virens(Alb.Et Schw.:Fr.)Sacc.had strong cytotoxic effects on human cancer cell line HO-8910 and 7721.These data suggested that these two wild edible fungi appear significant antioxidative and antitumor activities in experiments in vitro.
