电导率法测定猕猴桃的半致死温度

摘  要:
以2个猕猴桃品种(‘LD133’"红阳")休眠期1年生枝条为试材,采用电导率法,研究了枝条低温处理时间以及去离子水浸泡时间对电导率值的影响,通过比较电导率与回归曲线的拟合度,以期获得准确的猕猴桃半致死温度。结果表明:猕猴桃休眠期枝条在梯度低温下处理8 h,并在去离子水中浸泡2 h,能够较好的预测猕猴桃枝条的半致死温度。该试验确定的电导法参数对"长江一号""红宝石星"和‘Hort16A’半致死温度的确定是一种可行可靠的方法。

摘  要:
Two kinds of kiwifruit varities(‘LD133'‘Hongyang')were used to study the effects of low temperature treatment time and deionized water immersion time on the results of calculating the semilethal temperature of kiwifruit by electrolyte leakage method.The fitting degree of the regression curve was to get the accurate half lethal temperature of kiwifruit.The results showed that the semilethal temperature of kiwifruit branches could be well predicted when the shoots were treated at low temperature gradient for 8 hours and soaked in deionized water for 2 hours.The conductivity parameters determined in this experiment were feasible and reliable for determining the electrolyte leakage of‘Changjiang-1'‘Ruby Star'and‘Hort16 A'.
