将《新鲜水果和蔬菜卫生操作规范》(CAC/PCP 53-2003)和《新鲜水果和蔬菜卫生操作规范修订拟稿》进行对比分析,对修改的重点内容进行阐述,并探讨其对我国相关新鲜果蔬产品出口和我国果蔬标准体系构建的意义。

摘  要:
This paper analyzed the Code of Hygienic Practice for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables compared with Revised Draft of Code of Hygienic Practice for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, and clarified the main revision contents and then explored its significance to exports of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as construction of standard system of fruits and vegetables in China.
