基于PLC的污水处理进水控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对污水处理进水系统中出现的应急能力差、格栅易堵塞和潜水泵易出现故障等问题,设计了一种基于PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)的多环节进水自动控制系统。系统通过液位差来控制粗格栅和清污机的协调运行,保证格栅畅通;通过低位锁定、高位预警调控潜水泵的运行,保证供应与输出相平衡,提高了应急能力,防止故障发生。试验结果表明,所设计的进水控制系统处理后的水质化学需氧量(COD)、污水五日生化需氧量(BOD5)和固体悬浮物浓度(SS)3项指标检测达标率均为100%。

摘  要:
Aiming at solving the problems of the feedwater system in sewage disposal, such as poor emergency response capacity, easy blockage of gratings and easy fault of submersible pumps, an automatic multi-ink control system was designed based on PCL(Programmable Logic Controller). The system coordinated the operations of gratings and cleaning machine according to the level difference, so as to ensure the gratings unblocked. The running of the submersible pumps was adjusted by means of low lock and high warning, in order to ensure the balance between supply and output to improve emergency response capacity and prevent failure. Results showed that the COD,BOD5 and SS's standard rate of water treated by the designed feedwater control system were 100%.
