泸溪县椪柑产业发展现状及优化转型对策

摘  要:
泸溪县椪柑生产、发展已经30 a以上。截至2017年,全县椪柑稳定培管面积1.533万hm~2,产量19万t,产值2.6亿元,是全国知名的椪柑生产大县。通过研究椪柑成为优势特色产业的发展现状、经验做法,分析了椪柑生产面临的问题,主要问题有桔园立地条件较差,基础设施较薄弱;树龄老化、品质退化,品种结构单一;椪柑生产主要劳力结构不合理;椪柑生产—加工链条短;椪柑营销体系发育不健全,销售渠道不畅。并针对性地提出了新时期泸溪县椪柑产业优化转型升级增效对策与建议,主要有完善椪柑果园基础设施建设,优化椪柑产业布局,转变生产管理方式,继续实施现代柑橘标准化生产技术路线,引进农业投资和延伸产业链,强化以市场为导向的营销策略。

摘  要:
The production and development of tangerine in Luxi County has been over 30 years. By 2017, the stable cultivation area of tangerine was 15333 hm~2, the output was 190,000 tons, and a total output value of 260 million yuan, now is a famous county of tangerine production in China. By studying the development status and experience of tangerine as a dominant characteristic industry, the problems faced by the production of tangerine were analyzed, including poor site conditions and weak infrastructure. Aging of trees and degeneration of quality, the variety structure was single. The main labor structure of tangerine production was unreasonable. The processing chain of tangerine was short. The development of tangerine marketing system was not perfect, and sales channels were not smooth. The countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the transformation and upgrading of the tangerine industry in Luxi County in the new period were put forward, including perfecting the infrastructure construction of the tangerine orchard, optimizing the distribution of the tangerine industry, changing the mode of production and management, continuing to implement the modern tangerine standardized production technology line, introducing agricultural investment and extending the industrial chain, strengthening marketing oriented marketing strategy.
