我国生猪产业突破发展瓶颈的对策建议

摘  要：
我国生猪产业整体呈现大而不强的态势,主要表现为市场猪肉产量与消费量均居世界第一位,然而,我国生猪产业生产力水平和生产方式仍处于较低水平。随着市场化的推进,如何实现生猪养殖业产业化经营,稳定生猪市场价格波动,推进猪肉消费市场优质、多样化发展,促进生猪饲养、屠宰、加工、销售全产业链一体化发展是突破生猪产业发展瓶颈的核心问题。

摘  要：
The whole situation of our pig industry appears big but not strong.Its pork production and consumption are in the world's first place,while its productivity and production mode are still at a low level.With the advancement of marketization,how to realize industrial management,stabilize pig market price fluctuation,promote the pork consumption to develop in high quality and diversity,and boost the breeding,raising,slaughter,and sale of the pig industry chain to develop as a whole are the core issues of breaking through the pig industry bottleneck.
