烤烟秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气的动力学研究

摘  要:
以烤烟秸秆与接种物的总固体质量比为4:6配制发酵底物,考察在室温和中温条件下厌氧发酵产沼气的情况,同时建立其动力学模型。研究结果表明,在室温(平均为22℃)和中温(28℃)条件下,产气规律基本一致,都在第5d和第25d左右出现两个产气高峰期,但室温条件下的总产气量比中温条件下高52%。对发酵动力学的研究发现,厌氧发酵过程可分两个阶段(0-20d和21-40d)进行拟合,所建模型的相关系数均大于0.97,拟合结果与试验数据较为接近。这说明,利用Cheynoweth方程能够较好地反映烤烟秸秆产沼气的规律。研究结果可为烤烟秸秆在厌氧发酵产沼气上的应用提供理论依据。

摘  要:
The substrate of fermentation was prepared according to the ratio of 4:6 of mass fraction of dry-matter quantity of tobacco straws to inoculums,which was used to investigate the biogas yield of tobacco straw at room temperature and middle temperature and establish its kinetic model.The research results shows that the law of biogas generation mainly is no different at room temperature(average of 22 ℃) and middle temperature(28℃),which has two fastigium of biogas generation at fifth day and twenty-fifth day.But overall biogas yield of room temperature is higher 52% than middle temperature.The research of kinetic model shows that the correlation coefficient of model is greater than 0.97 if the simulation of fermentation process is divided into two stages(0 to 20th day and 21st to 40th day).The result of simulation is more approached to experimental data,which illustrates it can reflect the law of biogas generation of tobacco straw using Cheynoweth equation.The result of study could provide theoretical foundation for applying of tobacco straws in biogas generation by anaerobic fermentation.
