温度对藏川杨扦插生根的影响

摘  要:
本项目采用不同的温度梯度(0~5℃、5~10℃、10~15℃、15~20℃、20~25℃、25~30℃)和TTC根系活力测定法对2年生藏川杨枝条开展了扦插生根研究,结果表明,温度对藏川杨枝条生根有显著影响;在温度为20~25℃的条件下,生根速度最快、平均根系最长、平均根密度最大、根系活力最强;温度为5℃以下时,生根缓慢甚至不生根;藏川杨的扦插生根有一定的可塑性,在适宜的温度下能取得良好的生根效果。研究结果将对藏川杨的快速繁殖提供参考。

摘  要:
To study the effects of temperatures on the rooting of Populus szechuanica var. tibetica cutting,its performance under different temperature gradients( 0 ~ 5℃,5 ~ 10℃,10 ~ 15℃,15 ~ 20℃,20 ~ 25℃,25 ~30℃) and TTC rooting activity mensuration were analyzed by using 2-year-old branches as materials. The results showed that the temperature had a significant effect on the rooting growth of Populus szechuanica var. tibetica branches. It could grow fast with the longest rooting,high rooting density and strong activity with the 20 ~ 25℃ treatment,while it grow very slow when the temperature was under 5℃. This study illustrated that the rooting of Populus szechuanica var. tibetica cutting had certain flexibilities,and the appropriate temperature was able to benefit its rooting.
