豆粕替代鱼粉对褐点石斑鱼生长、营养组成及血液指标影响

摘  要:
为研究豆粕替代鱼粉对石斑鱼生长及营养组成影响,试验选择初重(3.47±0.03)g的褐点石斑鱼为研究对象,对照组(CK)饲料含鱼粉30%,试验组(R20、R30、R40、R50)饲料是在对照组饲料的基础上分别用豆粕替代20%、30%、40%、和50%的鱼粉,配制的共5种等氮等能(粗蛋白质49.67%、粗脂肪8.08%)饲料,每种饲料设3个重复,每个重复饲养褐点石斑鱼53尾,进行为期8周的饲养试验。结果显示,对照组CK、R20组与R30组在增重率、特定生长率和饲料效率指标上均显著优于R40和R50试验组(P<0.05);结合增重率的方差回归分析,本试验条件下,当豆粕替代13.88%的鱼粉时,褐点石斑鱼能达到最大增重率。各组在消化酶活性和免疫指标上未出现显著变化(P>0.05)。研究表明:为使褐点石斑鱼的生长性能、免疫功能以及消化酶活性等指标在鱼粉蛋白被豆粕替换时均不受到影响,建议豆粕替代鱼粉蛋白的比例最好不超过30%。

摘  要:
The experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of replacement of fish meal by soybean meal on growth performance,nutritional composition and blood biochemical indices of juvenile Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus. Taking juvenile Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus with initial weight about(3.47±0.03)g as the research object. The diet containing 30%fish meal was used as a control diet(CK),On the basis of the control diet,the experimental diets(R20、R30、R40、R50)were soybean meal was used to replace 20%,30%,40%,50%fish meal. Five isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets(crude protein 49.67%,crude fat 8.08%)were formulated. The juvenile Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus were randomly divided into 5 groups with 3 replicates per group,and each replicate contained 53 fish. The experiment lasted 8 weeks. The results revealed :compared with group R40 and R50,the weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed efficiency in the CK,R20 and R30 was significantly increased(P < 0.05). Regressive analysis showed that weight gain rate was the highest when the soybean meal replaces 13.88%of the fish meal. no significant differences in activity of digestive enzymes and immunity were found among all groups(P > 0.05). The results indicated that in order to not influence the growth performance, immune and digestive enzyme activity of Epinephelus Fuscoguttatus,it is recommended that the proportion of soybean meal in place of fish meal protein should not exceed 30%.
