基于嵌入式PID的喷雾头结构设计及雾化效果仿真

摘  要:
针对喷雾施药过程中药物的不合理利用现象,提出了一种喷雾头结构设计方法,并设计了一种压力流量自动调控喷雾头。该方法结合了嵌入式PID控制和遗传优化算法,将喷头机械结构设计成空心圆锥雾化喷嘴形式,对压力和流量调节过程进行遗传编码,采用积分和比例系数实现优化控制过程。为验证所设计喷雾头喷嘴的喷雾效果,对喷嘴内部流场和外边喷雾场进行了数值仿真模拟,通过数值仿真模拟计算发现:采用嵌入式优化算法对喷嘴的流量和压力进行控制,加大了喷雾的面积,增强了雾滴的粉碎程度,实现了均匀的喷药过程,提高了药物的利用率,为生态农业的发展提供了技术支持。

摘  要:
Aiming at the phenomenon of unreasonable using drug pesticide spraying process,this paper presents a design method of spray head structure,and designs a kind of pressure flow automatic regulating spray head,the method combines the embedded PID control and genetic optimization algorithm,the nozzle of mechanical structure design into a hollow cone nozzle form,to adjust the pressure and flow process of the genetic code,using integral and proportional coefficient to achieve the optimization of process control. In order to verify the effect of the design of the spray nozzle of the spray head,nozzle internal flow field and outside the spray field numerical simulation. Through the numerical simulation calculation,it was found,the nozzle flow and pressure control by using embedded optimization algorithm to increase the spray area,enhance the degree of communication of the droplet. It realizes uniform spraying process,improves the utilization rate of the medicine,which provides technical support for the development of ecological agriculture.
