犬脑垂体囊肿的病理形态学观察

摘 要：
对一例发育不良，机体对称性矮小，消瘦，皮肤干燥，神情呆滞，反应不灵活，多尿的京巴犬做了病理形态学检查。剖检见，病变主要位于脑垂体和肾脏。眼观脑垂体肿大，呈现红褐色；肾脏色泽变淡，切面皮质部变薄。病理组织学检查，脑垂体部有两个大囊腔。该囊腔的内面被覆一层柱状上皮，其间夹杂有较多的杯状细胞。囊腔内有许多黏液性分泌物，使囊肿呈扩散状。周围的腺细胞因受压迫而萎缩，间质中有较多的淋巴细胞浸润和成纤维细胞增生，腺垂体中有较多的嗜中性白细胞浸润而呈急性炎性反应。肾小球毛细血管丛肿大，肾小管管腔扩张。据病理学变化结合临床症状，本病诊断为犬脑垂体囊肿。

摘 要：
Pathomorphologic observation was made in a Peking’s dog who was dysplasia,symmetric dwarf,emaciation,dehydration in skin,sluggishness,non-agility and polyuria.The lesions were mainly in pituitary and kidney by necropsy.Gross observation,pituitary was swelling and showing erythro-brown.The kidneys looked likely light grey.The section of kidneys became to thinner.Histopathologic examination,there were two cysts in adenohypophysis.The inner face of sac was covered with a sheet of columnar epithelium where some of goblet cell were found between the columnar epithelium.There are lots of mucus in the cystic cavity.The cysts were expanded by mucus.Peripheral gland cells around cysts were pressed to the atrophy.A number of lymphocytes infiltrated to interstitial tissues.Some of fibroblast was proliferation.There are a lot of neutrophils in adenohypophysis that became into a acute inflammatory reaction.The glomerular capillaries were swelling.The cavity of renal tubule was dilataltion.This disease is diagnosed as hypophyseal cysts according to pathologic changes and clinical symptoms.
