柴油机喷雾液滴碰撞模型的改进研究

摘  要:
针对用KIVA-3V软件模拟液滴碰撞的O’Rourke模型所存在的网格敏感性问题,将Nordin的MIC(Mesh Independent Collision)模型应用于液滴碰撞模拟,采用定容室对MIC模型和O’Rourke模型在不同网格喷油位置、网格密度和油滴个数条件下的喷雾形状和液滴平均半径进行了模拟比较。比较结果显示,MIC模型的稳定性、精度和可靠性等均比O’Rourke模型要好。

摘  要:
The paper focuses on the mesh dependency existing in the O'Rourke model which uses to simulate the droplet collision in the software KIVA-3V,and applies Nordin's MIC(Mesh Independent Collision) model to the simulation of droplet collision.It makes a simulation comparison between MIC and O'Rourke models about their spray shapes and droplet's mean radius in constant volume chamber,in the condition of different fuel injection positions and mesh density and the droplet number.The comparing results show that the indexes such as stability,accuracy and reliability in the MIC model are better than those in O'Rourke model.
