非洲甘蓝种质资源遗传多样性的研究与分析

摘 要:
利用16对SSR引物对17份非洲结球甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.var.capitata L)种质资源材料和8个中国结球甘蓝品种进行了遗传多样性研究。结果显示,有10对SSR引物在25个资源材料间表现为多态性。共检测到32个等位基因位点,每对引物的等位基因位点变幅为1~4,平均为3.2,等位基因数为25,平均为2.5。UPGMA聚类分析结果显示,在相似系数为0.534的水平上可将25份结球甘蓝资源材料聚为4大类群。揭示了引进非洲结球甘蓝资源的遗传多样性。

摘 要:
Genetic diversities of 25 cabbage(Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L) germplasm were analyzed by 16 SSR primers. 10 SSR primers performed polymorphism with a total of 32 allelic loci were detected. The average number of allele loci per SSR marker was 3.2 with a range from 1 to 4. The effective alleles were 25 with an average of 2.5. UPGMA clustering analysis showed that the 25 cabbage germplasm could be classified into four groups at the similarity coefficient of0.534, assigning cabbage to their geographical origins and revealing its maturity relationship to a certain extent. This result showed the genetic diversity of the cabbage germplasm from Africa.
