注入式变量施药控制系统设计

摘  要:
针对国内施药技术落后、农药有效利用率低、环境污染严重等问题,设计了一套注入式变量施药控制系统。该装置采用药剂与水并列注入混药方式,以植被覆盖率和机具作业速度为系统变量依据,通过PLC控制器来采集处理压力、流量、速度等信息,通过执行机构计量泵和调节阀来改变系统实际施药量,实现自动配比调节和变量施药。试验分析表明,该系统具有良好的控制精度,工作稳定可靠,可满足农田病虫草害防治的要求,实用性好。

摘  要:
Domestic spraying devices have longtime been afflicted by poor technology,low efficiency,and environmental pollution.This paper provides a designing of control system of injective-variable spraying devices.Based on predetermined vegetation coverage rate and vehicle-traveling speed and running data,such as processing pressure,flux,speed,collected by a PLC controller,in virtue of changing system's actual spraying amounts by means of operations of actuators,meter pumps and regulating valves,this device is capable of invariably injecting chemicals and water in a parallel way.The experimental tests show that this system has good control accuracy,stable operating reliability and good practicality,and can meet the requirements of agricultural pest control.
